The First Round of the Kerry RR league takes place this Thursday May 10th and we would like everyone participating or viewing the event to please adhere and fully comply with the following requests.

Please respect the request of all Marshalls and officials as our goal is to provide an night of safe and enjoyable racing.

U12 & U14 Sign on is Adjacent to the start of the route from 5:45pm - 6:25pm with U14 race starting at 6:30pm followed by U12s at 6:32pm. For parents wishing to view the races The Halfway Bar on the old Tralee road is an ideal vantage point which will allow you to view the race without causing any interference to the nights proceedings. There is NO PARKING AVAILABLE on the Underage Finish line so please do not be a nuisance and park there. Once the U12 race has finished the U14s still have 1 lap left so please do not cause any obstructions on the circuit.

The U12 and U14 route will remain the same as 2017 to ensure that all competitors have a safe and enjoyable night of racing. The route will start at L6546 JUNCTION which is the left hand turn just beyond the usual start for the Senior TT on thursday nights.

The roads will be fully opened during the event on thursday night, we will have marshalls in place to make other road users are aware that there is a race taking part but it is up to the discretion of each participant to fully comply with the rules of the road and to use common sense when approaching each junction.

The 3 roundabouts on the circuit will be fully in operation so even though we will have stewards present we would ask riders to be very diligent as they navigate the roundabout and please use common sense when entering any junction on the route.

Riders should under no circumstance cross the white line or attempt to corner in such a fashion that they need to ride on the opposite side of the road. Our Marshals are there to provide assistance but will not be in a position to interfere with traffic due to reckless riding.

The senior Finish has very limited parking so please DO NOT park in a manner that will interfere with the event or will be a hazard/inconvenience to other road users. In other words, do not park on the road.
